Vision

All pupils will experience a consistently high-quality mathematics education and all teachers and leaders of mathematics will have access to sustained and consistently high-quality, research informed professional development opportunities.

Choosing to coach—We help others to maximise their abilities and achieve success. We help our schools succeed through working alongside teachers and leaders in a supportive and non-threatening manner.
Choosing to be consistent— We can be relied upon to act, and react, in a consistent manner in line with the vision and values of the wider Maths Hub Network and the NCETM.

Choosing to be honest —We tell the truth. We make ethical decisions that align with our values and those of the wider organisation.
