Privacy Notice: Maths Hubs
Abacus NW Maths Hub is part of the national Maths Hubs Programme. This work is being carried out by Cardinal Newman College and Our Lady’s Catholic High School, who hold a grant with the Department for Education (DfE). For the purpose of data protection legislation, the DfE is the data controller and Cardinal Newman College and Our Lady’s Catholic High School are the data processors for the personal data processed as part of the Maths Hubs Programme. This privacy policy will explain how our Abacus NW Maths Hub uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

You directly provide Abacus NW Maths Hub with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

The DfE will only keep your personal data for the lifetime of the Maths Hubs programme and, where relevant, Teaching for Mastery programme plus 6 months, after which point it will be securely destroyed. Please note that, under Data Protection legislation, and in compliance with the relevant data processing conditions, personal data can be kept for longer periods of time when processed purely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research, and statistical purposes.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
